一、The normal shelf life of the purchased and forwarded packages is180 days (about 6 months), starting from the order status "in stock", if it exceeds 150 days, an email will be sent to remind the user to submit the parcel waybill.
If the parcel waybill is not submitted or no feedback is given within 180 days, the goods will be deemed abandoned and we will destroy the expired goods.
二、Abnormal packages (i.e. packages signed for but orders not submitted or logistics information not completed) are due within60 days, calculated from the order status "Signed for". Since this type of package cannot match the relevant order and user, no reminder can be made.ali-squirrelIt will be deemed to have been abandoned and destroyed.
Related rules：
1、During the storage period, ali-squirrel is responsible for the storage of the goods and bears the corresponding responsibilities, but the shelf life of the goods is not within the scope of storage (for example, the shelf life of perishable items is only 1 month).
2、No reminders or notifications will be given for destroyed goods.
